PA Jeeps, Inc. held their 25th Annual All Breeds Jeep Show this past weekend at the Carlisle Fairgrounds in Pennsylvania. It was a gorgeous weekend for the event, with jeeps from every era attending from all over. This was the first time the club has attended the event and won’t be the last! Wood Hounds entered two of its own into the show. Michelle was in Class 7, Cherokee - Unlimited, while Brian ‘Waffle’ was entered in Class 14, JK - Modified. The Cherokee placed 3rd in the Unlimited class taking home its second trophy of this year since the rebuild. We also hand our member Alex with his orange built JL representing the Rox Off-Road Flag Mount System in the ROX booth.
We saw a lot of familiar faces we’ve been seeing over the past few months, like our good friends in Wild Child Customs, as well as Rox Offroad, Quake LED, Skyjacker and American Sound Bar. This show is by far a standout show. Not only are you getting to enjoy looking over early model jeeps like the Willys, but you are seeing the newest and latest Gladiators and JLs all in the same area.
The vendors had something, even for our XJ friends, at almost every booth. Something very rarely seen at most shows. There were swap parts from people offering all kinds of jeep parts from either their own personal collection or from local junk yards. Definitely a feature of the show that was not expected from new attendees. The obstacle course that was created by the Rausch Creek Off-Road crew and did not disappointed. All levels were offered, from a ‘green’ course to a ‘black’ course, a little something for everyone!
Overall the event was a huge success. The money was raised by the PA Jeeps, Inc. and this event that is being donated to Dog T.A.G.S, which is a non-profit organization for service dog owner training programs for veterans. All Breeds Jeep Show will take place again next year in Carlisle on July 23-24 2022. We are already looking forward to attending!
